Hello Ian and others!

I am sorry that Tank and I can't be at the library tonight. I decided to leave you a message on my classroom blog page explaining the circumstances surrounding our absence. I live on a big lot and have plenty of wildlife around me. The squirrels and raccoons are quite active in my area. Dogs like stinky stuff that other animals create, especially sporting breeds such as Labradors. Tank has found the area that these animals use to relieve themselves and rolled in it. The veterinarian and I also believe he ate some of the droppings. Tank not only stinks, but he is having some tummy problems. The veterinarian gave him some medicine and he should be alright by next week. He also needs a good bath so he will not smell like squirrel poop. Tank misses all of you and hopefully will be cleared by his veterinarian to resume work next week.
