Cold Day News

Seniors: I need your portfolios! I have only received six and they were due January 14th. I said I would take them late through Friday with penalty (per original post). However, due to the cold day, I need these by the end of the day Tuesday or you will receive a zero for both the paper and the portfolio. You could possibly fail English for the card marking per the December 12th Blogger post that contained the assignment requirements. Also, because the building was closed Friday, the portfolios did not come home with me on Friday. The six students that turned portfolios in on time will get them back Wednesday for use on the final exam. Also, Blogger grades have been posted and all entries posted after 1/14 will not be accepted. Students who turned items in late probably will not get portfolios back on time. The moral of this story is to turn work in on time. Next year, your professors do not have to and probably will not accept late work. Please learn from the experiences I am giving you.

Juniors : I will be giving you the review map and the terms for review on Tuesday. You must give me the ACT V review sheets along with any other assignment owed by the end of the period Tuesday or they will not be accepted. Your final covers Hamlet and will be administered over two days. The multiple choice portion will be given Thursday and the essay question will be given Friday.
