Please leave any comments about ACT prep, AP prep, or summer reading here! I expect to hear from ALL JUNIORS, not just my students regarding ACT prep. AP students need to read a few good books (in other words, read something besides trashy romance and graphic novels) and do an AP prep segment on MEL. Leave questions or comments and I will respond within a week.
It is official! I am the teacher for AP English 12 and College Prep English 11. If you are going to be my student, you may post a one paragraph critique of any novel read this summer for 2% extra credit per novel. Just tell me the title of the novel you read and the message or theme you feel the author expressed in the novel. Also, tell me if you would recommend this book to others. Be sure to tell me why or why not. "Good books" only! I will not give extra credit for trashy romance or graphic novels. Please post your paragraph here.

Do a search for Michigan Electronic Library (MeL for short). When you get to the homepage, you will see featured resources. Click on tests and tutorials and follow sign-in diections. This should get you right to what you want. Leave me another message on Blogger if you need help. That way if someone else is having the same problem, they can see what to do.
